Major Factor in Israeli Contemporary Culture” of Masha Itzhaki.
Masha Itzhaki is a major scholar in Israeli contemporary literature and
culture. She wrote extensively on the relationships between ancient and
medieval Jewish texts and Israeli identity as well as on the literature of the
Shoah. Among her recent publications : Aharon Appelfeld, le réel et

She is currently Director of the Master Programs at INALCO, Paris.
The visit of Masha Itzhaki is organized by Mădălina Vârtejanu-Joubert,
collaborator of the Faculty Political Science.
